An honors graduate in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, Kurt received the College of Engineering’s Alumni Award for Outstanding Leadership. He is a Harvard Business School alumnus of the Owner/President Management Program and a recipient of Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award.

His journey took him from tech founder at BrightSide, to business leader at Dolby, and ultimately to venture investor at TandemLaunch. Along the way, he has helped create technologies used by billions of people worldwide and built companies that have shaped modern display and imaging systems.
Today, Helge focuses on working with brilliant and motivated entrepreneurs to build high‑impact startups rooted in advanced materials, optics, imaging, and electronics. His experience ranges from IP development and commercialization to company-building, fundraising, and scaling technology ventures from concept to global product platforms.
Cullin J. Wible

Cullin is a technology entrepreneur focused on building companies at the intersection of advanced materials, energy, and the built environment. He has led teams that translate deep technology into practical products, with a particular focus on how new materials and architectures can unlock value in large, under‑innovated markets. At Enkara, he combines experience in construction, materials, and clean energy to guide the company’s strategy, product roadmap, and key partnerships as it brings transparent solar materials to the rapidly growing BIPV market.
Cullin led the creation of Enkara through the merger of the Conti Innovation Center and Edgehog Advanced Technologies, uniting years of research in transparent solar materials, stable photovoltaic semiconductor stacks, transparent conductors, and optical coatings. As CEO, he works closely with investors, architects, and industry partners to turn this technology platform into scalable, bankable products that overcome the performance and stability limitations of existing transparent solar solutions and position Enkara as a leader in energy‑generating building materials.
